These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing, integrating, deploying, or using RoNexus in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service.
Legal Agreement
These Master Service Terms ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("User," "Server Owner," or "Administrator") and RoNexus, operated by Adonis Studios and RoNexus Management (collectively referred to as "RoNexus").
By accessing, integrating, deploying, or using RoNexus in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service.
Service Scope
RoNexus provides enterprise-grade Discord–Roblox integration solutions, including but not limited to:
- Account verification and identity linking
- Automated group rank synchronization
- Role assignment and permissions automation
- Risk assessment and moderation intelligence tools
- Public data aggregation and analytics
- Group membership management systems
RoNexus may modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue any portion of the Service at its sole discretion, without liability or prior notice.
License Grant & Revocation
RoNexus grants Users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and utilize the Service solely for its intended operational purpose.
This license explicitly:
- Does not transfer ownership rights of any kind
- Does not grant access to source code or proprietary systems
- Does not permit redistribution, sublicensing, or resale
- May be revoked at any time, for any reason, without prior notice
RoNexus reserves absolute discretion to revoke any license, suspend any deployment, or terminate any integration at any time without prior notification or compensation.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including but not limited to software architecture, source code, algorithms, detection systems, risk scoring models, branding, trademarks, design systems, databases, and infrastructure — are the exclusive property of Adonis Studios and RoNexus Management.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to Users under any circumstance.

Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, extraction of logic, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate legal action.
Data & Privacy Policy
5.1 — Data Collection
RoNexus may collect and process the following categories of data in the ordinary course of service operation:
- Discord User IDs
- Roblox User IDs
- Public Roblox profile metadata
- Server IDs and configuration data
- Rank synchronization records
- Moderation and risk analysis results
RoNexus does not collect passwords, private authentication credentials, or direct login tokens. RoNexus does not sell personal data to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 — Purpose of Processing
All collected data is used strictly and exclusively for the following operational purposes:
- Core service functionality and operational continuity
- Automated rank and role synchronization
- Moderation intelligence and risk detection systems
- Abuse prevention and fraud detection
- Operational diagnostics and system optimization
5.3 — Data Retention & Removal
Data is retained only for as long as operationally necessary or required by applicable compliance obligations. Verified server administrators may submit a request for removal of server-related data, subject to identity verification and review.
RoNexus expressly reserves the right to retain data necessary for abuse prevention, ongoing fraud investigation, or legal compliance, regardless of removal requests.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users are strictly and unconditionally prohibited from engaging in the following activities in connection with the Service:
- Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate API rate limits or security controls
- Conducting automated abuse, mass scraping, or unauthorized data harvesting of any kind
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting proprietary systems, algorithms, or scoring models
- Using RoNexus for harassment, coordinated targeting, or intimidation of individuals or communities
- Deploying RoNexus in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Roblox's Community Standards
- Attempting unauthorized access to cloud infrastructure, API endpoints, or backend systems
Violations may result in immediate and permanent license revocation, service suspension, blacklisting, and potential legal escalation — without prior notice and without refund.
API Keys & Security Responsibilities
Server Owners and Administrators bear full and sole responsibility for the secure storage and management of:
- Roblox Open Cloud API keys
- Discord bot tokens and authentication secrets
- Server credentials and environment configuration data
- Any infrastructure secrets or access keys provided to the Service
RoNexus assumes absolutely no liability for damages, data loss, or unauthorized access arising from credentials compromised through User negligence or third-party breach. RoNexus implements commercially reasonable security safeguards but cannot and does not guarantee absolute protection against all threat vectors.
Risk Scoring & Automated Assessment Disclaimer
RoNexus may generate automated risk assessments, alt-detection evaluations, and moderation intelligence scores as part of its operational toolkit. These outputs:
- Are algorithmically generated based on available signal data
- Rely on publicly available or permissioned third-party data sources
- Are strictly advisory in nature and do not constitute binding determinations
- May be incomplete, imperfect, or subject to external data limitations
RoNexus expressly disclaims all liability for decisions made by Users or administrators on the basis of automated scoring outputs. Risk scores are informational tools — not verdicts, not legal findings, and not grounds for unilateral punitive action without independent verification.
Service Availability & Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
RoNexus expressly and unconditionally disclaims:
- Any guarantee of uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free service availability
- Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Any guarantee of data accuracy, completeness, or reliability
- Any commitment to maintain any particular feature or functionality indefinitely
Service interruptions caused by third-party APIs and platforms — including Discord and Roblox — are entirely outside the control of RoNexus and are explicitly and wholly excluded from any service guarantees or commitments.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adonis Studios and RoNexus Management shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the theory of liability or whether foreseeable:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or reputation
- Downtime or service interruptions resulting from external platform failures
- Decisions made by Users based on automated risk detection or scoring outputs
- Security incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized access caused by third-party systems or User negligence
In all cases, the total aggregate liability of RoNexus, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service within the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Payment & Commercial Terms
Where premium or enterprise service tiers are offered and utilized, the following terms apply unconditionally:
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement
- Subscriptions, pricing structures, and plan tiers may be modified, restructured, or discontinued at any time
- Abuse of the Service or violation of these Terms voids premium access immediately and without refund
RoNexus reserves the right to update pricing structures at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Service following any pricing update constitutes full acceptance of the revised commercial terms.
Termination Rights
RoNexus reserves the unilateral and unconditional right to take any of the following actions at any time:
- Suspend or restrict access to the Service, temporarily or permanently
- Revoke any issued license with immediate effect
- Remove individual servers or deployments without compensation or advance notice
- Permanently block specific users, server administrators, or entire communities from the Service
Termination may be executed without prior notice where RoNexus determines it necessary to protect its operational, security, legal, or reputational interests, or those of its broader user base.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction as determined by Adonis Studios. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be exclusively resolved in the appropriate courts under said jurisdiction.
Users expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such jurisdiction.
Policy Amendments
RoNexus reserves the absolute right to update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Material changes will be reflected in updated documentation available at ronexus.org/tos.
Continued use of the Service following any amendments constitutes your full and irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms. It is solely your responsibility to review this document periodically for changes.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
15.1 — Availability Commitment
RoNexus targets a monthly uptime availability of 99.0% for core operational systems, calculated on a rolling monthly basis and excluding scheduled maintenance windows and third-party service disruptions.
"Core operational systems" includes:
- Verification and identity linking systems
- Rank synchronization infrastructure
- API processing and command handling services
- Bot command processing and response pipelines
15.2 — SLA Exclusions
The uptime commitment explicitly does not apply to, and RoNexus shall bear no liability for, interruptions caused by:
- Discord platform outages or rate limiting
- Roblox platform or API disruptions
- Cloud infrastructure failures outside RoNexus' direct operational control
- User misconfiguration, expired credentials, or compromised API keys
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, network attacks, or governmental actions
15.3 — Scheduled Maintenance
RoNexus may perform scheduled maintenance windows as necessary to maintain system stability, security, and performance integrity. Where reasonably practicable, maintenance windows will be announced in advance and conducted during periods of lowest user activity. Emergency maintenance may be executed without prior notice where necessary to preserve system integrity or respond to active security incidents.
15.4 — Incident Response Targets

Response targets indicate initial acknowledgment only. Full resolution timelines are subject to incident complexity, scope, and third-party dependencies.
15.5 — No Financial Guarantees
Unless explicitly guaranteed in a separately executed written premium or enterprise agreement, RoNexus does not provide financial compensation, service credits, or refunds for SLA deviations. The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis without financial recourse for availability shortfalls.
15.6 — Service Evolution
RoNexus reserves the right to modify uptime targets, adjust performance benchmarks, and update incident response procedures at any time. All SLA amendments will be reflected in the official policy documentation hosted at ronexus.org/tos.
